Crispy Chicken Tacos - Super Simple

I saw this recipe for Two-Ingredient Chicken Tacos over at Kitchen Meets Girl about a month ago. It sounded sooo simple I knew I had to try it! We loved these tacos!! I will be making these again and again and again!!

1 - 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
1/2 of a 16 oz jar of your favorite salsa
your favorite taco toppings (we used lettuce, cheese and sour cream; next time I'm adding guacamole or avocado)
crispy taco shells

Place chicken in bottom of crock pot.
Pour salsa over the chicken. Cook on low for 3 - 4 hours. Shred chicken.
Serve on taco shells with all your favorite toppings. Add a yummy side, like these Bacon-Wrapped, Cream Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos and enjoy! Warning: These are very juicy, so have a napkin ready!

  1. I like that this is easy! I also like that this is a little different - no seasoning packets :)
