With the exception of Friday, we managed to stick with the rest of last weeks menu plan! Quite an accomplishment considering the two previous weeks. Friday we made a trip to Stephenville and ate lunch out, so the venison steaks did not happen. When they do, I think they will end up as steak fingers. I'm not positive but think the steaks are cut into tiny pieces. Won't know for sure until they thaw out. Maybe it'll happen this time. I am kind of hoping this weeks plan will be rearranged a bit. They changed my schedule around so that I am off Sunday and Tuesday. This wears me out - being off one day, working one night, then being off one night again. Hoping it goes back to Tuesday and Friday with an occasional Saturday thrown in. We shall see.
