Cajun Shrimp

Well, in case you haven't noticed we like spicy food. We also LOVE shrimp! Which led to my latest concoction - Cajun Shrimp.

CAJUN SHRIMP

1/2 lb small shrimp - 51-60 count per pound
olive oil 
blackened redfish seasoning
7 oz box black bean and rice mix

Prepare rice according to directions on box.

 
Heat about one tablespoon olive oil in skillet. Add shrimp and season to taste with blackened redfish seasoning. Cook till done.





Add shrimp to rice. Mix and serve with salad.
