Garlicky Chicken with Creamy Spinach Sauce

This sauce is great on it's own but the spinach just gives a little something extra. Super Yummy! We will be eating this again, possibly soon.

8 oz penne rigate pasta
1 large chicken breast, 8-10 oz, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup half-n-half
1 1/4 cup white wine
1 1/2 tsp salt
9 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to directions on package. Meanwhile in skillet heat olive oil. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cook chicken for about three minutes.
Add garlic, continue cooking till chicken is completely done. Remove from skillet and set aside. In same skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, stirring and continuing to cook for about one minute. Slowly stir in half-n-half and wine, add salt. Continue stirring until slightly thickened, about one minute. Stir in spinach, cook till heated through. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese. Divide pasta onto plates, top with the chicken then add the sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
