Chicken Alfredo Pizza

It has been a while since we had pizza so I decided to throw one together for us. It turned out super yummy and we will be having it again soon!

3 8" thin pizza crusts or flour tortillas
6 heaping Tbsp alfredo sauce, divided
12 oz pkg chicken fajita meat
2 Tbsp olive oil
8 strips green bell pepper
2 handfuls fresh spinach
2 mushrooms, sliced
mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees, 425 for RV ovens.
Top each crust with two heaping tablespoons alfredo sauce.
Divide chicken evenly between the three pizzas. In skillet heat oil. Add bell pepper and cook for about three minutes. Place on top of chicken on two of the pizzas. In same skillet cook spinach and mushrooms for about two minutes.
Divide between all three pizzas, putting a little extra on the pizza with no peppers. Top with desired amount of mozzarella cheese. Bake directly on oven rack for five to seven minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

  4. I'm with Jamie. Whoever invented alfredo sauce is a big 'ol genius. Guessing the no pepper pizza was yours?! ;-) (Or did I dream that you don't like peppers?)

    Thanks for linking up!

    1. Haha, no you were not dreaming, I don't care for sweet peppers.
