Yummy Salad and Homade Tortilla Chips

SALAD
2 cups Spring mix greens
1/2 large tomato, chopped
1/2 Hass avocado, peeled and sliced
Shredded cheese

Divide greens into two serving bowls. Top with tomato, avocado and cheese.
Serve with your choice of dressing. Enjoy!

TORTILLA CHIPS with CHEESE DIP
Flour tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray
Sea salt
Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Hell on the Red Hot-N-Spicy Cheese Dip

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each tortilla into eight triangles and place on baking pan. Spray tops of tortilla triangles with additional non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne. Bake for 10 minutes or until chips are crispy.
Heat cheese dip.
Divide into individual bowls for dipping.
 Serve and enjoy!
