Menu Plan 09-10-12

Started not to post today. Woke up feeling a little under the weather and had some errands I wanted to get done - not a real good combo. So I took a late morning nap and then took off. Got the errands done and the nap worked wonders. This weeks plan is very iffy after Thursday. We pick up the new RV Friday morning, so I'm not sure about the menu for the weekend. Here's what I am hoping will happen:

Cheesy Beef and Bean Tostadas with Salad

Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing with Green Beans

Pasta with Meat Sauce and Salad

Buffalo Chicken Wings with Spicy Baked Fries
