Grilled Squash

This is one of the new recipes that I tried for our group get together Monday night. I found the recipe for the squash HERE. I also did a new recipe for grilled chicken breast. Unfortunately I forgot to get a final pic of both but there was one piece of squash left over, so I got a pic of it. Both of these, along with a yummy salad, fit into Maria's new diet perfectly. The squash was a huge hit, we are now trying to figure out what other veggies would be yummy grilled.

5 yellow squash
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice

Cut the ends off the squash then cut in half lengthwise.
In small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Brush the squash with the sauce.
Grill over med-hi heat for five minutes on each side, basting continuously with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
