Wow, I can't believe that this is my 100th post!! For this special post I wanted a special recipe. These chimis fit the bill! I found this unusual and amazing recipe over at Crumbs and Chaos, an amazing blog with lots of wonderful recipes!
4 bananas4 flour tortillas
1/4 cup canola oil
ice cream
chocolate syrup
Wrap bananas in tortillas, securing with toothpicks.
Fry in canola oil till tortillas are browned.
Drain on paper-towels. Drizzle chimi with chocolate syrup. Top with ice cream and drizzle with additional chocolate syrup.

ReplyDeletePSS- Question: What do you do for internet when you are on location? We are looking for options when we travel.
DeleteI would be happy to link up my other recipe.
DeleteFor internet we have AT&T MiFi. It has worked fairly well most places, although out here in the boonies it can be incredibly slow. We tried a mifi from sprint first, could not connect at all out here. We recently added a booster as well. It not only boosts our internet signal but our signal for our cell phones as well.
Thanks, we are checking out options because I just have to have reliable internet. LOL I will let the hubby know:)
