Well as of today we are no longer being catered, so I'm back in the kitchen starting tomorrow! Here is a very sketchy plan for this week. All I'm sure about is tomorrow, the rest I will cook sometime this week but on what day I'm not sure.

Beef Taquitos* with Salad
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches* with Roasted Corn
Ribs with Beans
Simple Shrimp Pasta* with Egg Rolls
