2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 T raspberry chipotle sauce, divided
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness. Line baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken on pan and bake for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and add 1 T sauce to each breast. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes. Turn chicken again and add 1 T sauce to other side. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Serve with this Yummy Salad.
