Well a couple of things this past week didn't happen. The Chorizo Quesadillas didn't happen and won't - apparently my local store does not carry chorizo! The chicken alfredo will be on this weeks menu - I'm thinking tonight. Everything else happened, maybe not exactly according to plan, but we had those meals at some point in the week just not as "scheduled". I have an extra night off this week so the menu plan is a bit longer. If things go well, this will be happening every other week! So here is the plan for this week:

Crunchy Honey Soy Pork Chops with Slaw (L)
