Chicken Tamale Pie with Beans

Sunday
Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Egg Rolls

Monday
Slow Cooker Mexican Cheese Soup (made with ground turkey instead of chicken)

Tuesday
Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken* with Sweet Potatoes and Spinach

Wednesday
Nikki is coming over to cook us dinner - Appetizers: Avocado Cream Cheese Wraps, Meatballs, and Spinach Dip; Main Course: Fettuccine with Homemade Alfredo Sauce and Baked Chicken, Cheddar Bay Biscuits and Salad; Dessert: Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries, White Chocolate Fudge (my contribution), Chocolate Pie and Cookie Butter Dip with Pretzels and Fruit; Beverage: Crock Pot Hot Chocolate. LOTS of food.

Thursday
Feta and Spinach Scramble* with 100 Cal Cinnamon Pancakes* and Turkey Bacon (Brunch)
Saucy Venison Sausage Balls with Veggies
