Another fabulous Monday is here and it's time once again for another Menu Plan. I am unsure of our plans for the weekend. Some of my family is getting together at my mom's on Saturday because we have a couple of family member that have to work on Sunday. We have not decided for sure that we are going, it's a pretty good drive. So here is the plan, if we don't go to mom's, we will be dining out on Saturday.

Mexican Pasta with Cream Cheese Corn

Chicken Tamale Pie* with Beans
Friday
Manburger with a Spicy Twist* and Sweet Potato Fries*
Saturday
?Maybe going to spend Easter weekend with family, my fam is getting together the day before?
