We did fairly good at sticking with last weeks plans. One meal got bumped because of having many leftovers in the fridge. I don't know of anything coming up this week that should derail our menu plans but you never know. Here is what I hope to be having for dinner this week:

Spicy Bacon Burger Pizza (maybe moving this up to an earlier day in the week will make it actually happen? It has been bumped from the menu the last two weeks)

Pork Carnitas* with Chipotle Corn Salad

Spicy Chicken Peanut Fried Rice with Egg Rolls
